My name is Lydia and one of my favorite pastimes is to sit and chat with a new or old friend. Call it an illness! Life is really very short when you think about it. There are so many wonderful people out there to meet and hear their story. Well, I’d love to hear your story. I’d like to share my stories with you, too. We can take a few minutes of our day and laugh or cry about something touching.

I live with two silly dogs, Lily the Great Dane, and Max the Dachshund. Just the combination of the two brings me many opportunities to giggle throughout the day. I’ll be telling you some funny stories about them during our visits. Suffice it to say they’ll show up in my conversations often!

I have a beautiful teenage daughter, Mairi - pronounced Mah-ree, that I will be talking about, too. She, like the dogs, brings many opportunities to giggle, laugh, and smile with pride throughout the day. She’s a wonderful child.

I enjoy my volunteer work, too. I volunteer for Summit Assistance Dogs. There is a link to their website if you care to take a look. We’ll be talking about them, too.
