Sesame Cucumber Salad

1 Tblsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
dash cayenne pepper
2 cucumbers, cut into 1/4″ thick slices
1/2 bunch chives, minced (or dried chives)
1 tsp sesame seeds
Combine ingredients down to and including cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add cucumbers, chives, and sesame seeds. Mix well and enjoy!
